License status and conditions

Flameback Investment Advisors, a unit of Flameback Capital Private Limited, holds a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) license issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India. The RIA Registration No is INA200013798. The license allows Flameback Investment Advisors to provide investment and financial advisory services to clients.

The license was issued in 2018 and is valid on perpetual basis.

Our Grievance Redressal Process

We are here to provide our existing and prospective clients with appropriate investment guidance, timely assistance, and delightful experience. We also commit to shepherding our client’s investment assets with utmost professionalism and care.

However, if you believe we have fallen short in our quality of service or any other regard, we are committed to addressing and resolving the issue. You can write to us at support@flamebackcapital.com or fill in the details below and we shall respond to you.

When we receive your complaint, we will:

  • Acknowledge your complaint within 1-2 working days.
  • Gather and evaluate information about your grievance and respond with a solution to resolve your issue.
  • For most cases, we will try to resolve your issue within 20 days, if not sooner.
  • In some cases, it might take us longer than 20 days. In these cases, we will provide an estimate and try our best to expedite it. These cases usually take prolonged durations since it might involve obtaining the correct documentation or some other process that’s time-consuming and involves multiple parties and numerous back and forths to get it right.

In case you are not satisfied with our response you can lodge your grievance with SEBI here or you may also write to any of the offices of SEBI. SCORES may be accessed thorough SCORES mobile application as well, same can be downloaded from here .
